This site was meant to be a parody & protest of Fox's "Married By America" , as well as Joe Millionaire
We know what you're asking , so I'll answer them here.
Q : Why bother making a site ?
A: I got no life. Or I feel too fed up with reality TV that I thought I'd use my sarcastic speaking style to inform the world.
Q : Do you hate Fox?
A: NO. Absolutely NOT. As a matter of fact, I love them for bringing the greatest shows ever, Simpsons, 24, King Of The Hill, Futurama, That 70's, Oliver Beene, Malcolm in the Middle. But, I hate reality TV, mostly when they come to sick inhumanity like Joe Millionaire and Married By America.
Q : What's wrong with reality TV?
A : Nothing is "wrong" if you are asking a question in that attitude. But to most common sense, "reality TV" is basically an "oxymoron", a self contraditory phrase, like "smart idiot" or "virgin slut". TV, like most forms of entertainment media was meant to be the escape of reality. Why would you want to see real life on TV? What's more enjoyabel than your own real life, that you'd want to see others? Especially on other's misery (Jerry Springer, Cheaters).
Q: What's Joe Millionaire & Married By America anything special (or wrong) from other R-TVs?
A : I'll answer half at a time
Joe Millionaire is insane for making a million dollar lie, asking us could love survive such a big lie, which is stupid enough (let's not say bad first), even worse, the producers did not play fair, they didn't even have the balls to. They knew the answer was "No, love can't survive such a big nasty lie" So they gave Evan the million dollars to make it up, otherwise the consequences will be beyond imagination. They couldn't even play the game by the rules they set up (or announced originally) , making twists on themselves to save their own asses, what can you say? PUSSIES!
Married By America is obviously sick for making 2 strangers marry and live together, yes it's true that there are sluts and whores out there that have sex without even knowing each other's names, but is that what we should have on TV? I have no problem with free speech, but I don't think it's worth giving people like these attention (who am I to judge?) One good thing is that a gross show like this (Big Brother was way better) can be accepted and in fact very welcome in today's society, it's sending us a pretty clear message how "moral" we are. It's about time we know.
Q : What do you care about morality? Are you religious?
A : No, thanks very much. I'm a total hardcore skeptical atheist. I have no love or respect for any religion or faith. But I know ethics and morality. I know the difference between love, loyalty, honesty, trust, adultery, bigamy, slut, whore, ...etc. It doesn't take too much brains to know so.
My philosophy (one of a lot) is :
"Do it the right way, or not at all."
Either get married with the right person, have a happy living relationship, have a child after agreement, pay your bills on time, and don't divorce until the child is grown to be independent.
-Or-
Don't marry. Don't marry halfway. Don't marry the wrong person, take time to examine. Don't have a child until you're pretty sure you got enough dough. Don't let your child be the innocent casualty of your stupid drama between your spouse. Don't look back 5 years or so and say "wow, what time and money I wasted". Being a head or cause of a dysfunctional household is no better than collecting welfare or street begging, you're both costing our society for your own fault. I believe in justice, not sympathy.
Similarly, don't abort a baby after first trimester. Either abort in time, or keep it, don't keep it until 6 months and change your mind. I believe smoking on pregnancy is WORSE than abortion. If you have agreed to carry the baby, you have agreed to give this thing the right to be a human, it is now a he/she, putting his/her health in danger is killing a person, as if killing a real life walking baby, no excuse.
